If something breaks
Like a page error, a broken form, or a problem after an update, same-day technical support is part of your plan. That includes a hand when you’re stuck, like a photo that won’t upload or a setting you can’t find.
If you want something changed
Like new text, a new page, or an updated photo, send it over. One-off edits are $85/hour, billed in 15-minute increments, and most are done within one business day.
If something goes wrong while you’re editing
We can often restore a recent backup. If it needs a bigger cleanup instead, we’ll let you know before we bill for the time.
Whatever it is, the same rule applies: if it’s clear, achievable, and you can give us access, we’ll handle it.
Sending us changes every month?
If you regularly need more than about an hour of changes a month, Website Care costs less. It’s $100 more than Website Maintenance and includes 2 hours of requests each month, which would cost $170 at our hourly rate. You also get help beyond the website, like scheduling newsletters or updating your Google Business Profile.

We maintain sites on any host. If you host with us, hosting is included for most small business sites, and because we manage the servers, we can fix server problems directly instead of waiting on another company.

Yes. You keep full access to your site. We handle the technical side, and you keep doing what you’re comfortable with.
What’s the difference between Website Maintenance and Website Care?
Website Maintenance keeps your site secure, updated, and backed up. Website Care includes all of that, plus 2 hours a month of changes and requests handled by our team.
Do updates ever break things?
Occasionally, an update causes a conflict. Our automated checks help us catch problems early, we fix what we find, and because your site is backed up daily, we can roll back if needed.
Is Website Maintenance available for Shopify, Wix, or Squarespace?
No. Those platforms handle their own updates and hosting. If you’re on one of them, Website Care gives you a team for your changes and requests.
Do I have to host with you?
No. We work with sites on any host.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month with no contracts.
