Hosting
One team for your website and the server it runs on.
Most managed WordPress hosting manages the server. We manage your website too. Hosting is included with every plan for most small business sites, so your site and server are in the same hands.

Hosting from the people who look after your site
Here’s a situation many of our clients have lived through. The website goes down on a Tuesday morning. The hosting company says it’s a plugin problem. The web designer says it’s a server problem. The business owner is stuck in the middle, forwarding emails and waiting.
We host sites because we got tired of watching that happen. When we manage both your website and the server under it, there’s no one to pass the problem to. If something goes wrong, we look at the whole picture and fix it, whether that means updating a plugin, restarting the server, or moving your site to a new one.
Hosting isn’t the thing we sell. It’s what lets us do our job properly.
Why it’s easier when we host your site
We fix server problems ourselves.
If something goes wrong on the server, we can restart it, adjust it, or move your site to a new one, without opening a support ticket with another company.
Servers close to your customers.
We run servers across the United States (East Coast, West Coast, and central), in the UK, and in Australia, and we place your site near the customers your business serves, so pages load faster for them.
Security certificates included.
Every site we host gets a standard SSL certificate, so visitors see the padlock and your site loads over a secure connection.
One bill.
Hosting is part of your plan, not a separate account to manage.
Monitored every day.
Uptime and security monitoring come with every plan.
Switching is simple
We’ll move your site to our servers for you and handle the technical setup. In almost every case, all we need is admin access to your WordPress site and access to your domain. We usually don’t even need your old hosting account.
That means we can take over even if the person who built your site is no longer answering emails. Sadly, this is a story we hear every week, so we are well versed in how to approach and handle these types of situations.
Your domain stays yours
Your domain name should always be registered to your business, and it stays that way when you host with us. You just give us access to its settings.
Those settings, called DNS, are what connect your domain to your website and your email. Most people never need to think about them, and you won’t have to either: we’ll handle the changes for you, like pointing your domain to your new server or adding the records for a new email service.
Have an IT team or an outside provider that already manages your DNS? That’s fine too. We’ll work with them.
What “included” means
Hosting is included for typical small business sites: brochure sites, service businesses, blogs, and similar. Sites with heavy traffic or demanding features, like large online stores, may need a larger server, and we’ll tell you up front if there’s an added cost.
Honestly, that’s a good problem to have. It usually means your business is growing.
Happy where you are? That’s fine too.
We maintain and monitor sites on any host. The difference is that server problems on another host are in their hands, so we’ll let you know when something’s wrong, but the fix is up to them.
Frequently asked questions
Is hosting really included?
Yes, for most small business sites. High-traffic sites and large online stores may need a bigger server at an added cost, and we’ll always tell you before anything changes.
Do you host email?
No. We recommend Google Workspace, and we think your email is best kept in your company’s own account, under your control. We’ll add the DNS records to connect it to your domain if you’re setting it up for the first time.
Will moving my site affect my email?
It shouldn’t. Your email stays with your email provider, and we keep your email settings in place when we point your domain to your new server.
What about my domain name?
It stays registered to your business, wherever it is now. We never ask you to transfer it to us. You just give us access to its settings.
What happens if I leave?
It’s your site. We’ll coordinate with your new host and provide the access and site backup they need to move it.
Do you guarantee uptime?
We monitor uptime on every plan and act quickly when something’s wrong, especially on our own servers where we can fix problems directly.
Hosting that comes with a team.
Every plan includes hosting for most small business sites. Tell us about your site, and we’ll let you know if it’s a good fit.
